Things to watch for

• Return fee. The current policy deducts a $9.99 fee per return from your refund, unless the item arrived damaged, wrong, or defective.
• 30-day window. Eligible items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, for a refund to the original payment method.
• Many items cannot be returned. Final Sale, clearance, swimwear, and intimates are among the non-returnable items.
• Old gift cards and credits. The policy says gift cards, store credits, and rewards issued before May 1, 2025 are no longer accepted.
• Shipping limits. Orders ship within the US only, and not to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
